TheCompany is committed to ensuring that financial transaction processing associated with business banking activities is conducted exclusively through systems, vendors, and institutions subject to United States jurisdiction and regulatory oversight, to the extent commercially and operationally feasible.

 

The Company is unable to control the transmission, storage, or processing of sensitive business banking transaction data through non-U.S. entities utilized by financial network infrastructure services, such as but not inclusive to, Stripe, PayPal, or Amazon Web Services, which may have international financial network infrastructure components beyond our direct control.

We implement commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect financial information, including:
